From coil pre-treatment to lamination, every step happens under our own roof.

Aluminum coil arriving from the mill carries rolling lubricants and surface deposits. Our chemosynthesis line — using qualified industrial chemicals and advanced technology — cleans these away and forms a dense honeycomb oxide film on the metal surface.

Coil is primed and top-coated in a continuous process with strict control of film thickness, oven temperature and curing time. PVDF, FEVE, polyester and custom color matching are all handled here.

Metal sheets, the selected core and adhesive polyolefin film are bonded into a composite panel under controlled processing conditions, followed by checks on the finished panel.
